摘 要:
检测了短时间亚高温胁迫下盆栽4~5片叶龄的蓖麻叶中几个与抗逆性有关生理指标变化的结果表明, 温度低于38 ℃ 时, 蓖麻的叶绿素含量缓慢下降, 高于38 ℃时, 呈快速下降趋势; 随着温度的升高, 游离脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对 膜透性呈上升趋势, 46 ℃下达到最大值; 超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性在低于 43℃时与温度变化呈正相关, 超过43 ℃则迅速下降。关键词:蓖麻; 亚高温胁迫; 抗逆性; 生理指标

Abstract:
Effects of sub-high temperature in short time on physiological indexes related to resistance of castoroil plant at 4- to 5-leaf stage were measured in this study. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll decreased slowly blow 38 ℃ and it decreased rapidly above 38 ℃. Free proline content, malonaldehyde (MDA) content and relative membrane permeability were all increasing with the temperature elevated and those indexes reached maximum value under 46 ℃. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) had positive correlation with temperature changing below 43 ℃, and those indexes decreased markedly above 43 ℃.Key words: castor-oil plant; sub-high temperature stress; resistance; physiological index
